Lean comprises a set of simple systems and stratgies to improve business

I didn’t invent Lean. Toyata did. I did, however, invent the acronum above to describe lean.

Lean is both process and people focused. True lean is based on the principles of zen. So, we have efficiency and wellbeing rolled into one with a focus on something bigger and something better. In business we call this a culture of continuous improvement.

Lean is big in manufacturing. In fact, no big manufacturer survives today without lean practices. If they don’t have a culture of continuous improvment they can’t keep up.
